- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units or functions
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Advise on role scoping, levelling, compensation benchmarking, and candidate experience
- Improve time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates
- Build hiring manager capability through structured coaching and frameworks
- Report on pipeline health and recruiting metrics at leadership level
